Christmas Warmth

I do love Christmas music (almost seventy albums' worth of the stuff) and it's most of what I play in December. The timeless tunes, interpreted so many different ways. Traditional vocal and orchestra; spacey synth arrangements; rock guitar instrumentals; rock opera; pop flavored; ethereal new age; remixed electro/techno renditions; dancehall/reggae; acoustic piano or guitar; blues or jazz. Not to mention the classic crooners like Crosby and Sinatra.

Invariably during the Christmas season, though, I'll be out shopping somewhere and I'll see a Santa somewhere with his Christmas elves. And my perverted mind will drift off (as it does) to images of a hot blonde dressed in a sexy elf outfit with Santa hat on top, wiggling her finger at me and saying, "I need MY stocking to be stuffed, Santa." This is a longtime favorite and it gets frequent mileage during the holiday season. I also have fond memories of a Christmas Eve where my partner-at-the-time and I sat up watching a fire, snuggling close, sipping hot chocolate, and then sipping from each other, making love in front of the dancing flames.

How about you? Got any Christmas-related fantasies or sexy Christmas memories?

Youu got all wistful now PB. Love the old Crosby albums...grew up listening to that stuff.

And I adore the old movies Holiday Inn, It's A Wonderful Life, White Christmas oh and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation - a staple around here every year...

Southerngirl: Christmas is a good time for wistfulness. My own Christmas holiday movie traditions include the Baryshnikov version of the Nutcracker, the George C. Scott version of "A Christmas Carol" and the old Rankin-Bass animated "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer".

I'm Pagan ... so it's more Winter Solstice I suppose.

I don't share your love of the music I am afraid. In fact - I dislike it to such a degree that I avoid malls and shops at all cost for the entire "hoopla". Yes, a little bahambungan attitude for some but hearing the same songs over and over and over again … I can't take the tedium. I also dislike the predominance of one faith above all others. If I walk into one more mall to the words "FALL to your KNEEEES!" I'll scream! LOL

But ...

I do have some fantasies ... and thank you for the inspiration ... I shall indeed have to do something about that! I sense some future posts!

that is all so sweet. I used to have this strange child crush on bing crosby, you know from watching his TV Christmas special, and those good looking boys of his, but definitely him,and of course I was only like 10 or 12 at the time, but yeah I used to masturbate to his image especially at Christmas. Then to find out later, he was abusive to wife and children--well deplorable, but at the same time--hot.

I love Christmas music too and taking naughty Christmas shots under the tree.

Fantasia: I'm an atheist, but I still love the music. I guess it has to do more with a love of the songs themselves, rather than the specific messages they portray. I think happy memories have a lot to do with it (Christmas was, and is, a very big holiday in my family, so there are always warm thoughts involved with it). If you've got some fantasies regardless, though, by all means share 'em! :)

Library Vixen: Crosby's younger son Phillip frequently disputed older brother Gary's claims that Bing was physically and mentally abusive; Lindsay and Dennis, on the other hand, sided with Gary. I choose to believe Phillip's side of the story because the warm, genial image of Bing in his crooning days takes too much of a beating otherwise. "I REJECT YOUR REALITY AND SUBSTITUTE MY OWN!!!" :)

Will you share some of those naughty Xmas pics with us, then? We can only hope.

Perhaps that is key ... happy memories. I almost envy you in this.

I have a challenge coming up for winter solstice ... perhaps I shall see you there?

In the meantime - I have a "softer" story posted ... my vacation was ... meditative.

*happy sigh*

And who doesn't love the romantic-ness of sex in front of the tree with only the xmas lights lit! ;)

Fantasia: Oh, of course. I never shy away from a challenge. :)

Vixen: I actually love winter too, but where I live we just get kind of a mild fall. Only a couple weeks of real winter. But you've hit on a lot of the reasons I love the Christmas season specifically -- mostly, the joy that it brings to so many.

Annie: How lucky for you that you've got your special somebody! The holidays can be very unpleasant indeed if you're a loner. Also, thanks for dropping by! I'll be keeping an eye on your new journal and may be adding it to my watchlist.
